Breakfast was excellent, as was the entire hotel. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The location was just a 3 minute walk to the Market Square. We took Uber to and from the train station as it would be too long to walk from there.

The location of the hotel was great and easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. a lovely lady checked us in and our rooms were very nice. loved that we had a window that actually opened. beds were comfy. We had breakfast included and it was realty hot and tasty and was replenished when neeeded.

This is a beautiful hotel with very relaxing rooms to sit in. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food for breakfast with a very attractive layout. Staff was really helpful and pleasant and arranged early access for us to the breakfast room on the day of our departure.

Location is super, in the middle of the city Receptionists are helpful. The hotel also has small sauna and steam room

Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Location is fantastic we enjoyed our stay in Dukes Arches. Breakfast was also very good, variety of the fresh food .

Everything about the hotel and the room was fantastic. The room upgrade was appreciated. The front desk was soo helpful when we wished to use the steam room facilities

* Staff: best thing of all. Lady on reception booked us in and offered to get us reservations for dinner. The restaurant was unavailable so she tried calling repeatedly through the day, and then called us when it was booked. She was amazing and so helpful. * Location: Bang in the middle of town. * Presentation: Excellent - premium. Beautiful. Excellent 'Dali' Lips sofa in the common areas and beautiful bar and yard. * Breakfast: the best pate I have EVER had. Good selection of hot and cold buffet that we used after our run. they even provide hand sanitiser (essential!) * Room: Comfortable, quiet, excellent shower and pressure. Key card access. Plenty of plugs and excellent lighting. Free wifi everywhere. Good size TV with a great selection of media (but nowhere to plug in HDMI). We really loved it here so much that we made it a point to go back for one more night before the end of our trip.

This was our second visit which is always a little nervy incase it doesn’t live up to your memory. This was equally brilliant. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and with the heat we experienced during our stay the air conditioning made for a lovely nights sleep. We love a bath and thankfully the room had a full sized one whereas n most hotels have a tiny one. Loved the fridge in the room so we could keep some water nice and cold. Location is so handy for the centre of Brugge and just walking around. We followed the art trail which was lovely and took us to areas we hadn’t visited before. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was constantly topped up by the lovely staff one of whom on day 3 cleared the table where we sat on other days. The spa is a bonus and on our visits in early evening really peaceful but others may have been out for dinner. We certainly hope to visit again on future visits.

Perfect location in the heart of Bruges. The lovely receptionist recommended (and booked) a Flemish restaurant around the corner for us (Diligence) which turned out to be the best meal we’ve ever had in Belgium! We enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar when returned from a post-dinner stroll around Bruges - pure bliss. Our room was very clean and fresh feeling. We had a wonderful night’s sleep.

Very nice comfortable hotel in the heart of the old town. Rooms are detailed as sound proofed and this was definitely evident. Staff are very helpful and even had a range of power adaptors that can be borrowed if you forget yours which of course we did!
